Jessica Sierra is coming to Cali!
The pregnant sex tape star and fallen Idol has been granted a travel permit for up to 45 days by a Florida judge to come to Pasadena and enroll in Dr. Drew’s rehab facility.
If California officials do not allow her to stay there, she will have to go back to Tampa.
The recovery center is prepared to admit her, but the California Department of Probation will not accept her transfer on an emergency basis. The department will consider a transfer on a nonemergency basis, which could take 45 days.
Jessypoo is under court orders NOT to talk to the media.
