High fashion has been given new meaning!
After plopping down thousands of dollars on a single bag, customers are supposedly complaining that the leather is starting to smell like marijuana!
And that designer label would be Hermès!
According to staff, the funky smell is due to a batch of “badly tanned” bags if left in heat. A source even revealed:
“Owners are returning the Herm├â┬¿s bags back to boutiques across the US, including the Madison Avenue store, saying they smell of skunk. The bags are being sent back to Paris as nobody knows quite how to deal with this embarrassing situation.”
Wow! With the amount of money spent on one of their beloved and posh purses, we can only imagine how frustrating this might be!

Though the problem seems to only be affecting leather bags purchased between 2013 and 2014. Wonder if the custom Birkin Kanye West bought Kim Kardashian smells…
