Hilary Duff's 'Asshole Neighbor' Plans To Lawyer Up In Response To Weed Accusation!

The “asshole neighbor” saga continues!
As we reported on Wednesday, Hilary Duff went on an EPIC Instagram rant against apartment mate Dieter Addison because he allegedly smokes “cigarettes and weed all night long.”

That same day, Addison told Page Six he is in the process of hiring lawyers against the Younger star as he does NOT smoke marijuana and lives with a “sober companion.”
While the Soho dweller — who is the grandson of wealthy businessman H. Dieter Holterbosch — has received complaints from Duff about his cigarette use, he says his apartment is a smoke-friendly residence.
He told the publication:

“I live with a sober companion… I’ve been sober for months now. I smoke a ton of cigarettes, don’t get me wrong, but this is a smoking building, which is why I signed the lease here.”
