It’s rare we feel a sense of relief and concern at the same time!
But that’s exactly how we were feeling when Mama June gave another update on Facebook about how her family is doing.
According to her, Honey Boo Boo isn’t feeling her headaches anymore and is doing fine – that’s the good news.
The bad news is that Mama June’s back and head are still very sore, Pumpkin is having difficulty breathing from chest bruises and is experiencing severe headaches, and Sugar Bear‘s back is still very sore.
Here’s what Mama June wrote:
“UPDATE : ALANA HEADACHES R GONE AND SHE IS DOING BETTER…AS FOR ME MAMA JUNE I’M STILL VERY SORE WITH MY HEAD AND BACK …PUMPKIN IS STILL HAVING DIFFICULTY WITH HER CHEST BRUISING AND NOW IS HAVING SEVERE HEADACHES…SUGARBEAR BACK IS STILL SORE I WISH WE WOULD ALL B BETTER QUICK BUT LIKE EVERYONE TOLD US THE FEW DAYS AFTER WE WOULD FEEL IT AND MEAN R WE BUT PUSHING THROUGH WILL B GETTING CHECKED AGAIN IN COUPLE DAY TO B ON PROTECTIVE SIDE I HOPE THE OTHER DRIVER IS OH K AND THIS WILL B OVER SOON ALL I AM TRUELY CONCERNED WITH RIGHT NOW IS GETTING MY FAMILY ESPECIALLY THE KIDS (PUMPKIN) PAIN FREE AND ME AND SUGARBEAR TOO…AS Y’ALL KNOW MY KIDS AND FAMILY R MY LIFE AND I HATE TO SEE ANY OF THEM SUFFER NOTHING ELSE MATTERS BUT FOR PPL WONDERING THE CAR IS REPAIRABLE BUT NOT MY CONCERN RIGHT NOW…”
That’s really scary.
We hope that after a few days of rest and medicine, the whole family will be feeling good or at least won’t be experiencing so much pain.
Honey Boo Boo aka Alana Thompson‘s sister Chubbs seemed to be in good shape when she was spotted getting picked up for school by a friend of hers.
The family was injured when they collided with a truck driven by a 19-year-old named Seth Cagle . Both vehicles had a green light, but driver Sugar Bear has said that he could’t see the truck because its lights weren’t on. Mr. Cagle claims his lights were on a automatic setting.
Sugar Bear’s SUV’s damages “consisted of dents, scratches, and crush damage to the front grill and driver’s side headlight, as well as a crumpled hood” while the other driver’s vehicle “consisted of cracks and dents to the front bumper, as well as damage to the grill area. A section of the front bumper had also been broken off the vehicle.”
Hopefully the authorities will get to the bottom of who is to blame for this terrible accident.
