We weren’t sure how Kirstie Alley‘s plan to keep the weight off would differ from last year to this year, but somebody asked her the question anyway, and the answer surprised us a little!
After losing so much weight from Dancing With The Stars, we’re sure it’d be a struggle for anyone to keep up the regiment without the show, but it’s all about the effort. And she’s going to put forth that effort by dancing for 100 days:
├óΓé¼┼ôMy love is the Argentine Tango and I would love to go to Argentina in these 100 days. I├óΓé¼Γäóve got to make [John] Travolta dance with me. Jonathan Knight is going to dance with me. I have a whole fleet of people who said they would dance with me, so I├óΓé¼Γäóm excited. People don├óΓé¼Γäót have to do monotonous, zombie workouts that are boring. The thing about dancing is that it├óΓé¼Γäós free and you can do it anywhere and any time├óΓé¼┬ª I want everyone to experience some version of ├óΓé¼╦£Dancing with the Stars.├óΓé¼Γäó├óΓé¼┬¥
That IS absolutely true, though! People don’t have to do boring, monotonous workouts to stay fit. There are all kinds of fun activities out there!!
While we think it’ll be tough for sure, we also have faith in you, Kirstie! We’re so proud of how far you’ve come! No backsliding!
