Nancy Guthrie

Human Remains Found Near Nancy Guthrie’s Home NOT Connected To Her Case -- Details

A chilling update has been revealed in the ongoing search for Nancy Guthrie.

On Monday, law enforcement unearthed what appeared to be HUMAN REMAINS in a remote desert about 15 miles away from Nancy’s Tucson, Arizona home, according to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.

As we’ve been following, Savannah Guthrie’s mom was shockingly and heartbreakingly abducted from her home at 84 years old in February, leading to a tireless search for clues and answers. No firm details on Nancy’s whereabouts have been recovered as of yet… until now?

According to the PCSD, there is no indication “at this time” that the bones belong to Nancy as they appear to have been there for a lengthy period of time. TMZ offered additional details as law enforcement sources with direct knowledge informed them the remains were discovered in a “very remote” region of the desert, which is only accessible by hike. One source dished:

“Our boots on the ground say the bones are definitively not Nancy Guthrie.”

The outlet reported the remains are “bleached white bones,” which can only happen after an advanced period of time under the sun. So, unfortunately, this is not a breakthrough in the Guthrie case.

Recently, the PCSD revealed several eerie ransom notes addressed to the Guthrie family in the days following Nancy’s abduction, one of which claiming she died “shortly after she was taken.”

It has now been nearly seven months since her disappearance. Our hearts continue to be with the Guthrie family.
