We are SO confused by this iHeartRadio Music Awards red carpet look!
Totally digging the bright blue blazer and patterned Etro shirt combo, but it looks like he borrowed Rayon’s wardrobe from Dallas Buyers Club for the skirted bottom.
And while Jared could rock a black tube around those sexy legs — it’s just not working with everything else here.
At least his hair is on point, right?!
