An Indiana teacher has been accused of forcing multiple underage boys into group sex… And the details are far scarier than any movie!
Brittany Fortinberry, a former math teacher at Eminence High School in Martinsville, was charged with several sex crimes last month after details of a shocking abuse situation came to light. In August 2024, two high school boys came forward to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department informing them Fortinberry sent them “inappropriate” DMs on Instagram. According to court docs obtained by FOX59, one of the students claimed she sent videos and images of sex toys and a stripper pole in her home, along with nude content. One of the boys told police officers:
“It is just bizarre you come to a school, see a teacher and you are supposed to be able to trust them.”
That’s so incredibly awful… He’s 100 percent right. What a betrayal of everyone’s trust.

Police conducted a search of Fortinberry’s home and sure enough, found sex toys and a stripper pole matching the boys’ description. They charged her with two counts of dissemination of matter harmful to minors and two counts of harassment using a computer or other electronic network. But the situation unfortunately extends to far worse levels than inappropriate messages…
In February, Fortinberry was charged with three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor relating to a separate incident which reportedly happened in October 2023. A local woman reported her to the police in December of 2024 after her grandson admitted to being molested by her multiple times.
Then, just days after those charges were announced, FIVE more victims came forward. One of the teens, who was just 13 at the time of the alleged abuse, claimed Fortinberry would purchase him and other boys expensive gifts including dinners, vapes, weed, THC carts, in exchange for sexual favors, according to an affidavit obtained by WISH-TV. The woman would allegedly bring the boys to her house and give them shroom capsules before molesting them. One of the teens detailed a specific instance where she forced him and two of his friends to wear Ghostface masks from the Scream franchise while having sex with her.
WTF?!?!
He claimed his final sexual encounter with her was after his 14th birthday, when she drugged him with a mystery liquid and abused him at her home.
WTHR reported that she spent over $600 in gifts to coerce the boys, and threatened to kill herself if they ever told anyone about the abuse. Putting that on them… Ugh.
OH, and on top of all of that, this woman is a MOTHER! According to WTHR, she would have to put her children to bed before initiating these heinous acts with the young boys — and even asked one of the boys to babysit before sexually assaulting him.
What a MONSTER!
With all the stories coming to light, Fortinberry has been charged with a whopping 29 counts relating to child molestation and others. She was booked into the Morgan County Jail as she awaits trial in June… Where if convicted on all charges, could be sentenced to 262 years in prison. More details (below):
