Sad news.
As we previously reported, Ink Master season 4 winner Scott Marshall died back in October at 41-years-old. It’s since been revealed that the tattoo artist passed away due to a deadly mixture of heroin and prescription pain medication.

The coroner’s report claims that a small bag of heroin was located on the bedside table at the hotel room in Roselle, IL where Scott’s body was found. Police officials also noted that his body was found lying face down, with a tiny amount of blood on the mattress near his face.
A toxicology report has since confirmed that reality TV star had Valium, Xanax, and a metabolized form of heroin in his system. Yikes!
In fact, the coroner’s ruled that this untimely passing was a result of an accidental overdose. Reportedly, Scott’s body had several “red crusted abrasions” located on his thigh and foot — which are both indicators of intravenous drug use.
Our thoughts are with Scott’s loved ones during this particularly trying time.
