Jada Pinkett Smith isn’t afraid to get real.
In the latest episode of Red Table Talk published on Monday, the actress opens up about the various addictions she has battled throughout her life.

In response to a fan’s question, Will Smith‘s wife reveals she was once dependent on sex, explaining:
“My sort of addictions jump. They jump around… When I was younger, I definitely think I had a sex addiction of some kind, yes, that everything could be fixed by sex. You know what I’m saying?”
The 46-year-old also admits she has endured addictions to exercise and alcohol.
