The twists and flips and near-impossible stunts performed by the crazy talented artists in those Cirque du Soleil shows are priceless!
Well… that’s not true. There is a price on them… but those prices are usually in the triple digits. So most people haven’t experienced the “oohs” and “aahs” of that sh*t before.
But now everyone can! And by everyone, we mean anyone with $20 to spare.
That’s because Paramount Pictures just landed the rights to Cirque du Soleil, and now they’re planning on makin’ bank with it. Obvies…
They’ve already got James Cameron on board as executive producer, so you know it’s gonna be some fabulous 3D… none of that busy-busy crap!
Paramount’s also got Andrew Adamson on deck to write and direct it. He did Shrek and Narnia sooo yeahh… it’s gonna be ah-mazing!!
Hmm, we wonder if they’re gonna write a love story into it.. how funny would that be!! Love at however many feet in the air… with some evil villain or homewrecking bitch tryna tangle those strings, LOL!!
The movie is set to hit theaters in 2012 but no specific date yet… probz Christmas.
