After her fair share of heartache (splitting from her ex-husband Johnathon Schaech back in 2010), Jana Kramer has found a forever kind of love with her new fiancé, Brantley Gilbert!!
The country star proposed to his actress-turned-singer girlfriend on his birthday on Sunday in Nashville, Tennessee!
Talk about a HAPPY birthday.
Brantley shared:
“We could not be happier. We are so excited to share this special time with our loved ones, and cannot wait to start the rest of our lives together.”
Brantley even asked Jana’s mom for permission before getting down on one knee!
