Jane Lynch Supports Cory Monteith For Taking The First Steps On The Road To Recovery!

If any of Cory Monteith’s co-stars know the challenges he’s currently facing in rehab, it’s Jane Lynch.
It’s been absolutely amazing to see all of the support the Glee actor has gotten from his castmates over the past few weeks, and now the veteran actress is also showing some praise in his time of need.
Jane struggled with addiction herself, and says she knows firsthand just how difficult it can be:

“I think you get to a point – and this has happened to me – [where] you decide to renew your vows to your sobriety. I think [Cory] is renewing his vows to his sobriety.”

The actress recently celebrated her 21st year of sobriety, which is a HUGE accomplishment, and it sounds like she couldn’t be more proud of Cory for taking the first big step in recovery.
Hopefully Jane can continue to offer advice and words of wisdom to the young actor and help him get through this tough time.
It’s great to see that Cory has such a big support system around him, and we continue to send our love and positive thoughts to him and his family.
