Well, it’s about time he apologized.
In a mind blowing display of insensitivity immediately following a terrible tragedy, Jason Biggs, who’s known for his incendiary Twitter account, tweeted off-color “jokes” about the Malaysia plane crash that will make you cringe.
Here’s one of his since deleted tweets:
“Anyone wanna buy my Malaysia Airlines frequent flier miles?”
And…
├óΓé¼┼ôIn all seriousness, tho- HOW DO YOU MISTAKENLY SHOOT DOWN A COMMERCIAL PLANE?! Ugh. It’s saddest for the victims and their families, obviously. But Malaysia Airlines is apparently a GREAT airline. Gonna be tough to recover.├óΓé¼┬¥
It’s hard to believe he actually called people who were upset at these tweets “assholes.” Honestly, should he be fired over these remarks?
Although originally being combative against those who understandably felt his remarks were insensitive, Jason finally said sorry for his controversial remarks.
But was it too little, too late?
