Celebrity Rehab alum and bazillionare socialite Jason Davis has pled not guilty to felony heroin possession Monday morning in connection with his arrest back in January in Newport Beach, CA.
Bold move considering he was charged with being under the influence of heroin and “narcotic analgesic, as well as possession.
If found guilty, Jason faces up to 3 years in prison.
Well, if his lawyer is as good as a bazzillion dollars can buy, then we’re assuming he will get a slap on the wrist and be forced to appear in another reality show about drug addiction.
Worst case scenario, he’ll appear in a reality television show about his dramatically reduced prison sentence.
