And the sad saga continues…
We were all shocked last week when Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo announced their split — but when rumors started to swirl about the reason behind their breakup, the Talk Dirty singer began speaking out to clear the air.

In a new interview with Ryan Seacrest Monday morning, Jason went deeper into why things didn’t work. He said:
“What happened ├óΓé¼┬ª in a nutshell, there was a lot of tension in the relationship for a lot of different reasons. Every relationship has ups and downs. There was a lot of pressures of marriage. There was a lot of arguing and stuff like that that just weighed on our relationship over time. When you stop having more good times than bad bad times, it’s time to call it quits. It becomes something that is unhealthy.”
Sounds a lot worse than we thought! We had no idea marital pressure was in play!
And from what everyone’s been saying, the split was super friendly — however Jason states that’s not the case:
“I wouldn’t say good terms. I’ll be lying if I said that, but it’s not a bad situation. There’s no bad blood. We didn’t end off on a weird way or a negative way. It’s not like we’re hitting each other up, like, ├óΓé¼╦£Hey, what are you doing today?'”
On the flip side, Jordin spoke out for the first time publicly during her appearance on Today Monday, revealing she’s doing fabulously — despite what some may think:
“I’m good, actually. The funny is that I read this book the other day. Actually, it was yesterday. It said when something unexpected happens in your life or you think something bad is happening, just say “plot twist” and move on.”

Well then…
Seems like this breakup is going to pass soon, and everyone can move on!
At least they both get to focus on their careers, right??
