Jenelle Evans is focusing on her mommy duties and moving on!
As we’ve been reporting, the Teen Mom 2 alum has been going through some tough times with estranged husband David Eason amid their divorce, but recently the reality TV starlet took some time to escape the never-ending family drama and enjoy a fun date with her kids and ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffith!
According to a TMZ report, the former flames got together with their five-year-old son Kaiser and Jenelle’s two-year-old daughter Ensley (who she shares with David) at a bowling alley/roller skating rink in Tennessee earlier this week.

As our readers know, this outing is kind of a big deal as the MTV star has maintained a relatively low-key presence since she filed for legal separation and got a temporary restraining order from the 31-year-old pipe welder, citing his recent reckless and disturbing behavior as the cause.
The last update from Evans’ Instagram page was about a week ago, where she candidly opened up about the split with her followers.
However, Jenelle appeared to be in a really good mood when she was spotted by an employee at the family-friendly venue and even agreed to take a smiling pic, which can be seen HERE. Nathan can be seen adjusting a rollerskate on his foot in the background of the snapshot.
According to eye-witness reports shared by the outlet, the group enjoyed roller skating, bowling, bumper cars, and arcade games.
For those who may not know, Jenelle and Nathan previously started dating in June 2013 and welcomed Kaiser a year later. The pair then got engaged in January 2015 but briefly split after an altercation that following April, which led to the professional personal trainer getting arrested for domestic violence. The former couple patched things up two months later in June but it was short-lived as they officially called it quits by August.
It’s clear things are all good now though since they’re able to go out, have fun, and coparent their kids together! And as we’ve mentioned, this amicable date couldn’t have come at a better time.
In official legal docs filed on Monday, November 4, Evans plead her case against David and reportedly said:
“Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children’s well-being.”
It seems like you’re in much better (temporary?) hands now, girl!
