Jenelle Evans Taken To Court For Criminally 'Cyber Stalking' Her Old Boss

WTF is that?!
Jenelle Evans‘ drama just gets more and MORE insane.
The same girl that cried like she found her baby dead (on national TV) when she was court order to stop smoking pot, is now being taken to court for “cyber stalking” an older man.
Jenelle’s old boss, James Duffy, hopes a judge will order the 20-year-old mom to stop talking shiz about him on Twitter, Facebook and her blog. Duffy told reporters:

├óΓé¼┼ôThe magistrate heard my story, saw my evidence and gave me a court date. If proved, Cyber-stalking and harassment are criminal charges with penalties of up to 60 days in county jail.”

Duffy says his best evidence is a Facebook page she created, called “James Duffy Is A Creep.” According to him:

“That alone is a criminal offense.”

What is it that makes him so creepy? The reality star says Duffy made inappropriate sexual advances on her while she worked under him. BUT, of course, he’s claiming they had a consensual sexual relationship. Gross.
Whatever the situation, the gurl needs to STOP TALKING ABOUT HER DRAMA ON THE INTERNET!!
