Jennifer Garner's Boyfriend Has His OWN Complicated Ex Issues! Spotted With Ex-Wife At 'Detox' Center!

Huh. We kinda thought what Jennifer Garner liked most about her longtime on-again, off-again boyfriend John Miller was how different he was from her ex-husband!

No, we don’t mean the fact he’s a Yankees fan. We mean the feeling he’s… sorry, but… safe? Ben Affleck is smart, funny, hot, talented, rich… but he’s also had alcohol issues, gambling issues, he’s a temperamental artist, he’s got a big ol’ screaming back tattoo, there’s a history of infidelity accusations… The man seems like a HANDFUL! And even if he’s a couple handfuls, he’s still a lot of work to be with. “The best kind of work” is how he put it in his Oscar speech about marriage…

After a decade of that, Jen could be forgiven for being happy with a guy who was chill, right? Uncomplicated?

Anyway, we’ve just been reminded of a simple truth we sometimes forget — NO ONE’S life is uncomplicated!

See, John Miller was just photographed with his ex-wife. Yes, like Jen he was married previously, and he also shares multiple children with his ex. The CaliBurger CEO and Caroline Campbell broke up in 2011 — though it took until 2018 to finalize their divorce.

OK, that already sounds rather messier than we realized. But Jen and John didn’t start dating until 2018, so that was on the final leg, the straightaway. Must have all been easy after that, right?

Well… John and his ex were spotted Sunday at a “detox center” per DailyMail.com. Huh. They both wore baseball caps and hoodies. Caroline, a violinist, was not trying to hide her long, blonde locks. Per the outlet, they got into a maroon Tesla together and were later seen together outside a gray house elsewhere in LA — seemingly having stopped for coffee on the way.

Huh. So inneresting they also have a… we guess it’s a friendly coparenting situation? Like the kind Bennifer have? Again, marriages are complicated, divorces doubly so… We’re sure there’s no reason for anyone to be jealous. Unless, you know, you buy that stuff about Ben trying to win back Jen. Obviously that rumor would feel a lot crazier if he hadn’t just TOTALLY DONE EXACTLY THAT WITH HIS OTHER JENNIFER! Feels almost… expected now!
