Jennifer Garner Brings Samuel To His First Ever Doctor's Appointment!!!

Jennifer Garner did some serious heavy lifting on Monday, as she carried her son Samuel to his very first pediatric doctor’s appointment in Brentwood, CA.
You’d think one of those paparazzi peeps could’ve offered her a hand instead of snapping those pictures, but Garner fortunately seemed like she had everything under control.
We wonder if baby Samuel received his first shots, too.
They’re always so much fun…
