Jennifer Garner is lending a helping hand amid the horrific wildfires in Southern California.
According to Page Six, the actress volunteered to feed firefighters in Los Angeles on Friday who have been working hard 24/7 to battle the fires that have burned nearly 30,000 acres of land and left thousands of homes in ruins. Pictures obtained by the outlet show Jennifer with chef José Andrés, the founder of the nonprofit organization World Central Kitchen, which has been providing meals to the victims of this massive tragedy. They were seen walking side by side to a vehicle before their shift. Take a look (below):

It’s great that Jen is helping out during such a devastating time. This comes days after her ex-husband Ben Affleck leaned on her when he had to suddenly leave his mansion in the Pacific Palisades due to the fires. He was seen racing over to her Brentwood residence on Tuesday night.

Fortunately, he was one of the lucky ones whose home was left standing. The Argo actor returned the following day to check on it, with a Page Six source saying:
“Ben’s home is still under evacuation order, but he feels so grateful his property is safe for the time being. Ben knows many people who unfortunately lost their homes. He has seen a lot of devastation, and it’s beyond tragic. … Ben is reaching out to anybody he can to help.”
It appears Ben and Jen really want to do whatever they can to aid their community during this very scary time. We continue to keep the former couple, their kids, and everyone in California in our thoughts. Reactions? Let us know.
