Jennifer Hudson has revealed exactly what keeps her looking so good and it surprisingly has NOTHING to do with exercise!

During a Wednesday appearance on ITV‘s Lorraine in the UK, she said:

“I don’t have time to do much exercise, I just watch what I eat. I’m very careful and conscious of what I eat. I’ll be out and think, ‘no it’s too early to eat right now.'”

She added:

“I’m very conscious of what I put in my body.”

Well, it has paid off BIG TIME!
The singer boasts an 80-pound weight loss from when she first started out in the business. And she has managed to keep it off too!
