Although it came as shock to most when Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony announced their split last week, apparently, the American Idol judge has been itching to file the divorce papers against her man for quite some time!
According to a source close to the pair:
“Jennifer has been very open about how much she is tired of dealing with Marc’s bad attitude. She couldn’t wait to make this announcement. She has been planning this for months but wanted to make sure her assets were protected before she filed. Jennifer has been really concerned about how the kids were going to react. They love their dad, but she wanted to make sure they grow up in a positive and healthy family environment. All of us have noticed Jen and Marc’s relationship going downhill fast.”
So sad.
Such a shame that anyone would find themselves feeling this way about the man they chose to marry.
But if it was really that unhealthy environment for the kids, we just hope that this decision will change that, and the twins will grow up knowing that both their parents love them very much.
