The divine bitches from the British sitcom Absolutely Fabulous are about to make their way onto the big screen!
Jennifer Saunders, the creator and co-star of Ab Fab, says she’s ready to write the screenplay for the highly anticipated flick that has been rumored about for more than 3 years now!
So what’s been the hold up?! Are the real life Patsy and Edna as sauced out of their minds as they are on TV?
No, it wasn’t quite a hangover that kept Jennifer from tackling this project. She’s just worried that the film adaptation won’t be as good as the television show!
Saunders spilled in an interview over the weekend, saying:
“Well I have to do it now because I├óΓé¼Γäóve threatened to a lot. It├óΓé¼Γäós like the second album syndrome. Once you├óΓé¼Γäóve had a bit of success, the last thing you want to do is go and make a flop. So the biggest fear in me is that it won├óΓé¼Γäót be good enough. I├óΓé¼Γäóm really nervous about it.├óΓé¼┬¥
