OMG!! Pauly D has fans absolutely shook with his new look!
The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation alum has got everyone talking after he uploaded a selfie on Friday night looking noticeably more scruffy than we’ve ever seen him before. The 39-year-old DJ is now rocking a “quarantine beard,” which feels very on-brand for the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Wow. Shocking, isn’t it??
This feels like such a departure from his usually clean-cut facial hair! Most of us have been struggling since non-essential businesses including barbershops and hair salons have shut down amid the quarantine — but Pauly is clearly embracing a less polished and more natural look.
As we mentioned, it didn’t take long for fans to freak out and flood social media with their reactions! Some couldn’t believe their eyes, as one Twitter user joked the reality TV star looks more like his castmate Ronnie Ortiz-Magro now:
“Why does Pauly D look like Ronnie dressed up as Pauly D…….”
Meanwhile, this fan pointed out the one aspect of Pauly’s look that always remains the same:
“Now that’s consistency. Not even ONCE since 2009 has this man ever looked in the mirror and gone “hm maybe I’ll switch the hair up today.”

There’s always the possibility this could be the handiwork of a little editing with Facetune, as this fan pointed out:

But the Rhode Island native uploaded this video to his Instagram earlier this week where that new beard is seen proudly on display. It’s much harder to edit video than a photo, after all! Take a look:
