After announcing her pregnancy on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation earlier this month, Angelina Pivarnick revealed she has suffered a miscarriage. The 39-year-old reality star opened up in a confessional on Thursday’s episode that she was starting to get concerned about her pregnancy:
“I’m just not feeling myself. Some stuff’s happening with me and my pregnancy, and I don’t know what’s going on, and I don’t even know what to do.”

Angelina then visited her co-star Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, who was pregnant at the time, to say she was “spotting” and “wearing a pad right now.” Immediately, Sammi also became worried and feared the worst. She then urged the television personality to get checked out by the doctor just in case, saying:
“I’m going to be honest with you: When I miscarried — like a chemical pregnancy — I was spotting right away, and then it, like, just, it happened. So, to me, I’m getting a little concerned for you. I don’t want to think the worst, but for your own peace of mind, go to the ER and just check. They can see what’s going on.”
Angelina admitted she was “definitely scared about what I might find out.” And sadly, she ended up miscarrying. A teaser for the next episode showed her confirming:
“I woke up in the middle of the night. I’m actively miscarrying.”
