That’s Jim Carrey, y’all! Stop the conspiracy theories!
ICYMI, the iconic comedian shocked fans — and had some believing conspiracy theories — when he turned up at the César Awards in Paris last week. The internet went WILD when they saw Jim’s appearance, with some insisting it wasn’t even him at all.

Seemingly oblivious to the fact that men may or may not partake in cosmetic enhancements just as much as women do, fans were certain this was a clone or body double. Makeup artist Alexis Stone (Elliot Joseph Rentz) even jumped in on the talk on Instagram, posting a photo of a latex mask and fake teeth, captioning it:
“Alexis Stone as Jim Carrey in Paris”
To many, this seemingly implied he was the one who went in Jim’s place.
But the 64-year-old actor’s longtime rep Marleah Leslie told TMZ on Monday that the man we all saw accept that award really is Jim:
“Jim Carrey attended the César Awards, where he accepted his Honorary César Award.”
No clones or body doubles here!
