In January, Jimmy Kimmel’s contract is up for renegotiation with ABC. His late show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, is doing fairly well for itself, but Jimmy has a few demands ideas to make it better.
When Jimmy heads into the negotiation meetings, The Hollywood reporter reports the Jimmy will insist that the show be moved from it’s 12:05 time slot to midnight.
What difference does 5 minutes make, you ask? Plenty!
THR reports that viewers are more likely to tune into a show directly on the hour and Jimmy wants those eyeballs.
We actually don’t think that’s too much to ask. ABC should concede, since more viewers benefits everyone involved!
