In the wise words of Albus Dumbledore, in dreams we enter a world that is entirely our own! The same can be said of J.K. Rowling‘s personally created world of Harry Potter.
In a recent interview, J.K. talked about she feels that a part of her will always live on in the wizarding world she so painstakingly created:
“To be honest, it was seventeen years [since she started writing Harry Potter]. And now I’m back there. In a very different way, it’s different characters, but it is the same world. I think part of me will forever live there. And I’m not sorry about that.”
Excuse us while we weep like Moaning Myrtle in her bathroom at this beautiful comment. Oh J.K., you’re such a (Yule) baller!
Meanwhile, we wish that all of us could live in the world of Harry Potter!
Ugh why? Why did we have to be born Muggles?! We’d trade electricity any day of the week to be at least a Squib!
Our desperate magical pleas aside, this sort of enthusiasm and dedication gets us so excited to see Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them!
SIRIUSLY we’d cut off our hand in a steaming pot in sacrifice in order to see this film early somehow!
