Joan Rivers Said To Be Upgraded To Stable Condition After She Stopped Breathing During Surgery This Morning!

We reported earlier that Joan Rivers was rushed to the hospital when things went wrong during a routine throat procedure.
The legendary funny lady stopped breathing and was taken to Mount Sinai hospital in New York City.
Well, one of the E! News correspondents, Ken Baker, took to Twitter to give everyone an update on Joan’s condition.
He said:
