Yesterday we told you about the security video that has been released that shows Joe Francis attacking Playmate Jayde Nicole at Guys and Dolls nightclub.
According to a retired LAPD Lieutenant, the video alone could land Francis back in jail.
The retired officer says: “If the officers saw the video or if they’d had the benefit of seeing the video, I think you have felony battery.”
The keyword there is “think”.
But remember, Francis isn’t completely at fault. The officer goes on to say, “They’ve both committed crimes”, but Francis’ is a more serious crime.
He has a point, even though Jayde was the one who provoked the attack, not once but TWICE.
We’re sure Jayde is excited to hear this news, seeing as this could help her vendetta case in court.
