'RHONJ' Husband Joe Giudice WILL Get To Stay In America -- For Now...

Joe Giudice Deportation

Here’s one small piece of good news for Teresa Giudice‘s family!
The RHONJ star will get to continue to be near her husband in the United States, since Joe Giudice just prevailed in a court appeal halting the U.S. government from deporting him back to Italy — at least, for the time being.

The courtroom victory for Joe is just a temporary reprieve; by winning the appeal, all it means is that he’s allowed to remain in America while he fights the deportation case. Obviously, he could still lose the case itself, at which point he’d be sent back to Italy… but for now, he’ll get to remain close to his family in the land of the free.
The Blast first obtained court documents on Wednesday that revealed the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit granted the stay to halt Joe’s deportation temporarily.
Sources close to the Giudice family also say that his legal team is working around the clock to get Joe out of custody and back with his family full-time as he awaits the final decision from the immigration court. Apparently, there’s optimism around the family that “the court will see things his way,” and nix the deportation order.

As you’ll recall, even though Joe was released from prison earlier this year after serving three years behind bars on bankruptcy fraud and a variety of other charges, he was immediately transferred to an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement facility while awaiting deportation.
This is a pretty small victory, then, since Joe can’t yet enjoy it from the comforts of his New Jersey home with Teresa and their daughters — but it’s a victory nonetheless for the reality TV star, who has really been under the  microscope of the federal government recently.

Obviously, there’s still quite a long way to go in this court battle; as always, we’ll keep you updated as soon as we know more about Joe’s immigration status and potential deportation orders.
What do U think about all this real-life courtroom drama, Perezcious readers?? Joe and Teresa have been through a lot — and a lot of it self-inflicted, to be sure — but do you think deportation ought to be in order at this point for the family patriarch??
