Joe Giudice hasn’t been deported yet, but Teresa Giudice is already starting to move on!
As we previously reported, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star shockingly said would NOT stay with her husband if he was deported to Italy. The former Bravolebrity recently completed a 41-month prison sentence, and will reportedly remain in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement until his deportation is finalized.

An insider divulged to Radar Online that the mother-of-four is already moving forward with preparing an international custody agreement:
“Teresa is working with family members to arrange a proper visitation schedule for the future between Joe and the girls.”
But how will her life really change once her husband is back in his birthplace? The source shared that the 46-year-old will likely throw herself into work:
“Teresa’s telling friends she has a heavy work schedule and the girls have a heavy school and social life. It will be tough, so don’t expect to her to be flying off to see him.”
Meanwhile, her daughters aren’t ready to go down without a fight. Joe and Teresa’s oldest daughter Gia, has started an online petition to President Donald Trump begging for him to overturn his deportation.
The 18-year-old writes:
“My father, Joe Giudice, came to the United States when he was an infant, one year after his birth, he has resided in New Jersey his entire life.
He is a businessman, a husband, father to four young women all under the age of 19, son, brother, uncle and friend to many. He was found guilty of NON Violent offenses and served his time complying with all prison guidelines and procedures. My mother and father have fought tirelessly to pay back every single penny of restitution to court deemed they owe. They have made a mistake but rectified it through serving time and by finically satisfying all that was owed. He is currently still in a detention center while fighting the deportation; that’s right he’s still incarcerated months after completing his prison sentence in an effort to stand by his family. After completing his sentence he could’ve left the country and gone to Italy but he chose to stay in prison, hirer additional counsel and make several more appeals to try to stay in the United States because he knows how much his family needs him. He and my mother are willing to spend funds and additional time in an immigration prison for the chance he gets to hold his children again.”
Currently, the Change.org petition has over 30,000 out of 35,000 desired signatures since being posted on Tuesday. The young reality starlet continues:
“He knows nothing of Italian culture, laws, societal norms, he has no immediate family and will not be able to secure work in this foreign land. My father is not a danger to society, he is a warm loving man and I beg you sign our petition to give my father a second chance at being part of our lives and giving back to the community we live in once a again.
My father is there for us in every possible way a father could be. He has always been our handyman, our confidant[sp], our cheerleader, our challenger and most importantly our protector. This would rob us of my father screaming from the stands at our graduations, meeting our future husbands for the first time, of walking us down the aisle, of being there when his grandchildren come into the world. Please use your voice, your power and your signature to help keep my family together.
We request that our President, Donald J Trump review our petition and pardon my father to relieve him of this life sentence the courts are bestowing on him, yes in Italy he will no longer be incarcerated but will he ever be free if kept from his family and be able to be a productive member of society?
