Joe Jonas Reacts To Taylor Swift's Apology For Putting Him On Blast!

Joe Jonas reacts to Taylor Swift's apology!

Turns out, Joe Jonas is a Sucker for a sincere apology!
As we reported, when asked about the most rebellious act she did as a teen, Taylor Swift revealed to Ellen DeGeneres:

“Probably when I like put Joe Jonas on blast on your show. That was too much, that was too much. I was 18, yeah. We laugh about it now, but that was mouthy, yeah, some teenage stuff there.”

The two split in 2008 after dating for three months.

On Wednesday, during an interview with ITV‘s Lorraine show, the JoBro appeared to accept the Shake It Off singer’s apology, saying it “did feel nice.” He added:

“It’s something that I was probably feeling pretty bad about when I was younger. At the end of the day, I’ve moved on. I’m sure Taylor’s moved on. It feels nice. We’re all friends. It’s all good. We were so young.”

Back in November 2008, when Swift appeared on Ellen’s daytime television show for the first time to promote her second album Fearless, she was asked about her relationship with Joe… and had to AWKWARDLY explain they were no longer together:

“There’s one [song] that’s about that guy [Forever and Always], but that guy’s not in my life anymore, unfortunately. That’s ouch. We haven’t talked since, but you know what, some day I’m gonna find someone really, really great who’s right for me. When I look at that person, I’m not even going to remember the boy who broke up with me over the phone in 25 seconds when I was 18. Sorry, I had to.”

Speaking of moving on, Joe also dished on his surprise Las Vegas wedding to Sophie Turner!

“We had a little bit of planning to do with that… It was unexpected to go live on Instagram and see so many photos and for the Elvis to do interviews. But we laughed it all off. It was nice to get a couple friends together.”

On Tuesday, Joe and his brothers/bandmates — Kevin and Nick Jonas — spoke to Zane Lowe on Apple Music’s Beats 1 about their upcoming fifth album, Happiness Begins, which will be released on June 7th.
According to Nick, writing and recording the new LP was filled with surprises, explaining:

“A lot of things that have been surprising. I think that the creative process as a whole was so different. Back in the day with the brothers, we used to isolate and insulate a lot. We only trusted a few collaborators and it was basically us writing the songs along with a couple other people. This time, we spread that net a bit further. And given the solo work I’d done and Joe’s solo work with DNCE, we have in our phone books now some of the top songwriters in the world to be able to help us and help us create that vision for what we want to make. And so we called on Ryan Tedder and Greg Kurstin, who you know obviously are one of the best producers in the game. And we trusted each other too. One day if one of us came in with an idea that we felt was worth exploring we all sort of like gave it a shot. And in the past, whether there was sort of some spearheading from certain ideas, I think we were willing to say we’ve grown enough to let the creative process just happen in a really organic way.”

Additionally, the J-brothers were asked who is “the most fun drunk in the band.”
When Nick replied, “my bachelor party I cut loose a little bit and they didn’t,” Joe responded, “I watched him. Looked out for him.”
That’s when Kevin chimed in:

“Yours [Joe] was kind of different, ethereal, emotional.”

Joe quipped back:

“The best quote of that trip was, ‘No good story started with a salad.’ I love it. Dr. Phil told us that quote. For real.'”
