Joe Simpson allegedly tried to bury the news that his daughter Ashlee Simpson was getting divorced from Pete Wentz by releasing the information on the day that Lindsay Lohan was headed back to court.
A source says:
“He decided Ashlee’s divorce filing should happen on the same day as Lindsay going to court to bury the news. But it backfired because Lindsay going to court is, these days, as much a surprise as the sun rising in the morning.”
LOLz! Nice try, Joe, but looks like your plan blew up in your face. Seems like the rumors about Ashlee and Pete just keep going!
Maybe if LiLo goes to jail….
