The Soup host NEVER shies away from being brutally honest so when Conan O’Brien asked him this week why in the world Biebs would be tossing eggs at his neighbor’s home, Joel answered:
“Because he’s a f*cking idiot!”

Joel went on to offer his explanation as to why Justin gets himself into so much trouble these days, saying:
