Joey McIntrye Joins “Hear The World” Cause

New Kids on the Block’s Joey McIntyre is turning towards philanthopy!
He recently joined the “Hear the World” cause, which aims to bring awareness to the importance of hearing and the consequences of hearing loss.
Joey’s son, Rhys, was born with severe hearing loss, and as a result he has made it his mission to create more awareness about diagnosing hearing loss early on in life, as well as seeking out solutions to treat kids.
Said Joey:

├óΓé¼┼ôAs a musician, music ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ and the ability to hear it ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ is the cornerstone of my life, so when my son was diagnosed with severe hearing loss, I wasn’t sure how to handle it. Thankfully, because of today’s advanced hearing aid technology, I don’t have to worry about my son missing a beat. That is why I am honored to join Hear the World in their mission to educate the public about hearing loss and the solutions available to treat it.”
