John Travolta may have provided a significant amount of evidence that casts more than a shadow of a doubt on John Doe #1‘s accusations, but he’s still got one more male masseuse to worry about.
John Doe #2 accused the actor of some seriously icky sexual harrassment while receiving a massage. Not only does the man maintain that Travolta removed the sheet to reveal an erect penis, but he tried to position it in a way so that the masseuse would touch it.
Lawyer Marty Singer has called this allegation “just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one.” Still, the attorney filing the claims on behalf of both plaintiffs is convinced he’s going to emerge victorious.
Most recently, Okorie Okorocha revealed that he has witnesses AND emails to support his client’s claim. Apparently the plaintiff notified his supervisors immediately after the uncomfortable incident went down at the Atlanta hotel. Here is what Okorocha told sources:
“The day this happened, my client notified his superiors and management at the hotel about what had happened to him while he was in John Travolta’s hotel room. There are MULTIPLE e-mails to document this, which will obviously be a big part of our case as we proceed. The fact that he sent these e-mails on the day this occurred will only bolster our case. My client also spoke with multiple members of management at the hotel, so there are many witnesses that will be called as well. Obviously, my client had never had anything like this happen to him before and he was extremely shaken up. He is still working at the resort though and wants to keep his job.”
It’s inneresting that the first plaintiff just released a statement that urged the world to “grant all parties involved a wait-and-see attitude.” His lawyer, however, doesn’t seem to want to wait for a trial to begin discussing the evidence.
We’re looking forward to hearing how Travolta plans on disproving the second plaintiffs accusations. It has been established that the actor was, in fact, in the Georgia city to film a movie with Robert De Niro during the time of the alleged sexual assault.
