John Travolta FORCED To Face The Judge In Cruise Ship Penis Suit!

And by suit, obviously we mean lawsuit!
Though it would be REALLY fun to see John Travolta prance around in a peen-shaped suit! That would just make our day! Ha!
But nope, we’re talkin’ legal shiz again.
After John’s attorneys tried to assert that his ticket to the 2009 Royal Caribbean cruise included an agreement to settle any dispute between passengers and company through penetration arbitration, the judge declared there would be no such thing.
So now John is FORCED to battle it out against Fabian Zanzi IN COURT …unless they can reach a settlement.
But seeing as how arbitration has been blocked, the price of such a settlement has sky-rocketed, leaving the stakes way higher than before.
And Fabian definitely means business. As you’ll recall, he’s been claiming that John exposed his penis in his stateroom and then “embraced” Fabio Fabian after asking for a lil’ neck massage.
As always, the celebrity’s attorney deems it all as “ludicrous” poppycock from a person desperate for their 15 minutes of fame.
Welp! He’s definitely getting it! The real question is… who’s gonna get IT in court!?! Any bets??
