As if we would expect anything less from Johnny Depp!
We weren’t sure if our perfect boyfriend could get anymore perfect, but alas, he has done it again!
While our hearts were hurting for him when he split with Vanessa Paradis, it seems he knew how to handle it like a champ no matter how broken he was feeling. And thanks to that, they were both able to help their two children through the difficult time because they also knew what their kids needed to best understand what was going on.
Johnny recently revealed what he felt was the only way they could break the split to them:
“When you have children, there is no room for lies, no room for anything but the truth. Anything other than that is a bad example, I believe. We were just very truthful with them and they were just incredibly understanding, incredibly accepting. I was extremely proud of them, the way they dealt with it.”
We can’t imagine how hard that must have been for everyone involved!
Those little kiddos are lucky to have such loving parents who clearly know how to parent well!
As for Johnny handling all this…well, we’re happy to see his love life is on the mend…
…we’re just not happy it isn’t because of us!
