Josh Duhamel recently had a wild revelation about his age gap with Audra Mari.
The Transformers star, 53, appeared on Monday’s installment of The HoneyDew with Ryan Sickler podcast, where he reflected on his 21-year age gap with Audra, 32, who is the same age as his little sister Kassidy. Which really just recently clicked for him… He told Ryan:
“Kassidy came along and I was playing football at Minot State University. I remember looking up at the stands and I saw my mom and had this bump. And I’m like, ‘Is my mom pregnant?’ I’m 21 years old and she’s having another baby.”
That’s definitely quite the age gap for siblings! But the connection between his wife and sister really hadn’t stood out much to him until he was recently flipping through old family photos and found one of him holding Kassidy as an infant:
“I looked at the photo and I looked at my wife and I said, ‘You and Kassidy are exactly the same age.’”

He noted Audra and Kassidy are “literally, like, months apart in age.”
“I never looked at it like that until I saw that photo. I was like, ‘Wait a second.’”
That’s wild! But we’ve heard of even larger age gaps…
The Shotgun Wedding actor went on to playfully ask Ryan if his and Audra’s age gap is a “highlight or a lowlight” — and Ryan didn’t hold back:
“Might be a highlight for you, and a lowlight for her.”
Ouch! LOLz!
Josh said he told his wife:
“Oof, I am officially too old for you.”

Josh and Audra tied the knot back in 2022 after three years of dating. They went on to welcome son Shepherd in 2024, and daughter Rocca in April of this year. Josh also shares son Axl, 12, with ex-wife Fergie.
