Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith’s custody battle is heating up.
The Dawson’s Creek alum filed an emergency custody order modification late last week. Whoa! Why? Jodie changed their daughter Juno’s school without his permission, according to legal docs obtained by Us Weekly. A big no-no, as that’s a decision the parents are supposed to make together.
Joshua and Jodie finally reached a divorce settlement last month, more than a year and a half after their split. However, one thing they could not agree on was Juno’s school situation as Jodie reportedly wanted the 5-year-old to attend a new school next year. Joshua did NOT agree, though, and now here we are…
In the docs, which were obtained on Monday, Joshua claims the Queen & Slim star feels it’s “no big deal to force Juno to start over with a new school.” He expressed concern that “Jodie is attempting to create a scenario where Juno travels with her rather than attending a traditional school.” Oh… We can see why he’d be trepidatious about that.
In his filings, Joshua requested the court to order Juno to continue her enrollment at the school she’s been attending for the next year. He also requested joint approval with Jodie on matters related to the 5-year-old’s school going forward.

On Monday, Jodie took to Instagram to share a cryptic post about people who “seem” nice, but are villainous in reality, using characters in Disney films to make her point. See (below):
