Judge Says Civil Lawsuit Against Lindsay Lohan Is "Weak"

The legal woes just won’t end for Lindsay Lohan.

Luckily for her though, a judge in her civil case connected to her 2007 DUI arrest has said that the allegations made against her are “weak.”

LiLo’s civil attorney, Ed McPherson says that the judge recognized that the young men’s claim of “battery” were not that strong, adding:

“For instance, they have a claim for ‘battery,’ which is what most people would construe as one person punching another person. The judge acknowledged that Lindsay never even touched any of the boys, but that somebody, somewhere, might construe what she did as a ‘battery.'”

At least that’s one thing going in the girl’s favor. The trial is set to begin April 25, 2011.
