Justin Baldoni is making all kinds of allegations against Blake Lively.
On Thursday, the director filed a $400 million lawsuit against his It Ends with Us co-star and her husband Ryan Reynolds. Ultimately he’s alleging they took over creative control of the film from him, using their power to push him out. And when Blake got called out in a totally organic wave of backlash from fans, she made it look like it was a smear campaign from him. Not only that, she concocted phony sexual harassment claims — to give him a motive for retaliating with the PR push.
But the suit contains a LOT more about Blake’s alleged bullying behavior. In one instance? He says she made fun of his nose and told him to get it fixed!
In one section of the lengthy filing, which has been obtained by multiple outlets, the 40-year-old claims that at one point in production, Blake “continued to break character” while the two filmed a “romance montage” to “speak as herself” rather than her character Lily Bloom, “which was extremely confusing for Baldoni.” The suit alleges:
“Lively took them out of character again and began to joke about Baldoni’s nose, which he laughed off and joked in turn, even as Lively joked that he should get plastic surgery.”
She told him to get a nose job?? Eek. If true, that’s TOTAL mean girl behavior, even couched in a joke! A footnote on the suit adds, referring to her accusations:
“Lively alleges Baldoni inappropriately commented on her physical appearance. It was the other way around.”
Justin says there’s proof, too! He says Blake didn’t think the sound was being recorded, hence feeling comfortable being cruel:
“Lively incorrectly alleges that this scene was filmed without sound. Baldoni was wearing a microphone, and the entire exchange is captured on camera.”
Damn! This is MESSY!
