Justin Baldoni Says 'Naked' Video Blake Lively Complained About Wasn't 'Porn' -- It Was A HOME BIRTH!

Justin Baldoni is firing back at another allegation from Blake Lively!

As you may recall, the 37-year-old actress claimed in her sexual harassment complaint that producer Jamey Heath once showed her a video of his naked wife while working on It Ends With Us. She called this out in her list of 30 demands, which Justin and Jamey were asked to adhere to during the production. One of her top demands was that there be “no more showing nude videos or images of women, including producer’s wife, to Blake Lively and/or her employees.” Jeez. What inappropriate behavior. However, Justin alleged Blake did not tell the full story of what happened there.

In his $250 million libel lawsuit against The New York Times filed on Tuesday, he claimed the outlet failed to “scrutinize these claims or even provide a balanced account of the events,” thus “amplifying Lively’s falsehoods while abandoning its responsibility to truth and accuracy.” If the publication had done its due diligence and fact-checked her allegations, Justin argued they would have caught her alleged lies, like her account of what happened with that “nude” video. The suit stated:

“For example, the Article, based on Lively’s CRD Complaint, sensationally alleges that ‘Mr. Heath had shown [Lively] a video of his naked wife,’ with Lively’s CRD Complaint even labeling the footage as ‘pornography.’ This claim is patently absurd.”

What!? According to Justin, the video was of Heath’s wife giving birth at home — “a deeply personal one with no sexual overtone.” So not porn, as Blake alleged. The filmmaker claimed the clip was shown to Blake “as part of a creative discussion in preparation for a birthing scene” in It Ends With Us and that Heath told her “that his wife condoned his displaying the video.” Thus, Justin argued, “any suggestion that Heath engaged in the exhibition of pornography or inappropriate content is false.” A still shot of the video in question was even included in the suit. In the picture, the couple can be seen in an inflatable tub while cradling their newborn baby.

While Heath’s wife may have consented to him showing the clip, that doesn’t mean Blake did. And even though the video may not have been pornographic in nature, she may have been uncomfortable viewing something so personal and intimate like that on set. Just saying!

What do YOU think, Perezcious readers? Does Justin’s side of the story about this alleged situation make you doubt Blake? Sound OFF in the comments (below)!
