After canceling on two big appearances in New York City over Thanksgiving weekend, Justin Bieber was spotted getting friendly at a college bar in Los Angeles near the University of Southern California on Friday!

So much so, the 21-year-old bought a round of shots for more than just a few people at the 901 Bar & Grill!
Sounds like he’s really enjoying some much needed personal time. That, or his adventure-filled getaway in the foothills of the Santa Ana Mountains really brightened his spirits!
An eyewitness even shared:
“Everyone got shots in their hand and they were all about to do a toast. One of them got up on a stool and we were like, ‘Wow, that’s Justin Bieber.'”
