Remember Justin Bieber‘s egging scandal in January??! Well, the prosecutor on the case INSISTS that a misdemeanor charge isn’t enough to teach the teen idol a lesson.
Instead, the deputy D.A. in the Van Nuys office thinks it would be atrocious for the pop star to be charged with anything but a felony after JB left his neighbor with $20,000 in damages.
One source remembers the deputy said:
“If we don’t charge him with a felony we ruin precedent for every other felony case we want to charge.”
Well, it would be long overdue for someone to punish the Biebs for his naughty behavior.
Rumor has it that the D.A. office downtown is split over whether or not to charge this as a felony.
Let us hope that JB gets his appropriate consequences!
