After putting on a free show for fans in Norway yesterday, Justin Bieber seemed to have caused QUITE the expected chaos with his visit!
While Justin warned fans via Twitter prior to the concert to listen to police to prevent any issues, it’s been reported that 49 girls were injured during the show!
Fourteen teenyboppers were even taken by ambulance, though no one — thankfully — was seriously injured. Bieber├óΓé¼Γäós visit even led to the mayor declaring a state of emergency…!!
Mayor of Oslo, Fabian Stang said:
“I have already called on the Emergency Planning Agency to examine the entire event from the planning stage to its implementation. We have to find out what went wrong and why it happened.”
Cray cray! There’s NO stopping the Biebs effect!
As we showed you in the video (above) yesterday, fans flooded the streets just to get a glimpse of the pop star!!
Justin even had to be escorted out after the concert by BOAT and tweeted a video of fans following after him in rafts!

The Biebs is still planning free shows across Europe and just landed in the city of love earlier today.
The global shows will be featured in his NBC special, Justin Bieber Believe: All Around The World, which will air June 21 at 8pm!
