While we were a bit shocked to see Justin Bieber engaged in a BIG display of public affection with Hailey the day after New Years, things have begun to make more sense.

According to sources, Baldwin gave Biebs a fierce ultimatum about their relationship after he was rumored to be hooking up with Kourtney Kardashian. Let’s just say the threat must have done the trick!
The insider explained:
“She demanded he stop stringing her along. She said he would lose her if he didn’t man up and show he was serious about her.”
Woah! We guess the singer didn’t want to lose his on-and-off again lady of about a year!
A confidante added:
“Justin has never had a woman act like that before,” the source adds. “He couldn’t say no. So he’s been seeing her again and is with her all the time.”
Ouch. Is that quote a shot at J.B.’s ex Selena Gomez?
Either way, it’s clear these two are very much ON.
