Mrs. Justin Bieber??
According to TMZ, the Sorry singer and fiancée Hailey Baldwin were spotted at the Marriage Bureau in New York on Thursday, where marriage licenses are issued.

Eyewitnesses say the musician was crying, and reportedly was heard telling the model:
“I can’t wait to marry you, baby.”
Apparently, JB said to the court official:
“Thanks for keeping it on the DL.”
Um. Oops?
Although one source says the court official was actually a judge — implying the two got married — this has NOT been confirmed.
To make matters more complicated, another insider overheard Justin and Hailey say they were leaving the country.
Back in July, the 24-year-old crooner confirmed his engagement to the catwalk star with a touching post on Instagram.
That same month, an US Weekly source said the lovebirds are “discussing having a very small wedding,” and “want something private, intimate.”
